Xbox Live Marketplace Update for 11/28/12

The big news in the Xbox Live Marketplace for this week is the release of SEGA’s AM2 Collection, which consists of three separately-available 3D fighting game titles: Virtua Fighter 2, Fighting Vipers, and Sonic the Fighters, each including new online features and enhancements for the low, low price of 400 Microsoft Points.

Elsewhere, you can get new downloadable content for Mass Effect 3 in the form of the 1,200 MS Point add-on titled “Omega.” Aria knows the layout of the station, but how far will Shepherd go in their game of cat-and-mouse to secure the eponymous Omega from the clutches of Cerberus?

With The Hobbit hitting theatres in just a matter of weeks, what better time is there to release LEGO Lord of the Rings, to say nothing of a free demo for said game?

Coming later on Friday, November 30th, Red Bull Crashed Ice will also crash Xbox Live Arcade’s party for just 400 MS Points. Then on Wednesday, December 5th, Guardians of Middle Earth will be available for 1,200 MS Points.

On Tuesday, December 4th, a 1,200 MS Point add-on for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim called “Dragonborn” will be made available. Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater HD‘s “Revert Pack” will be available on December 5th for 400 points, and “Deck Pack 2” for Magic 2013 will be available the same day for 240.

Through December 3rd, lots of Grand Theft Auto IV packs are on sale for Gold members. The main game is priced according to region through Games on Demand, and the “Lost and Damned” and “Ballad of Gay Tony” downloadable content packs are 400 and 800 MS Points each, respectively.

Then, beginning December 4th through December 10th, Gold members can get Deadliest Warrior for 400 Microsoft Points, while “DLC Expansion Pack 1” is 200. Deadliest Warrior: Legends is also going for 400 MS Points during this period, and its DLC, “Joan of Arc,” is only 120.

Finally, Kinect Central has Burnout Crash available for 400 MS Points until December 3rd, and will feature Dragon’s Lair for the same price from December 4th through the 10th. Ubisoft will also be having a publisher sale on various as-yet unspecified items from the 4th through the 10th as well.
