The Nintendo Cross Canada Tour Begins This Weekend; Vote for Where It Goes Next!

nintendocrosscanadatourNintendo of Canada has announced that their Cross Canada Tour will begin on June 8th. As they travel across the country, there will be opportunities for gamers to come out and try out Wii U and Nintendo 3DS titles such as New Super Mario Bros. U, LEGO City: Undercover, Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon, Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D, Animal Crossing: New Leaf, Mario and Luigi: Dream Team, Game & Wario, and Pikmin 3.

In addition to getting some hands-on time with the company’s latest video game offerings, you’ll also be able to snap a picture in their photo booth to share with your friends. Better still, give the Cross-Canada Tour Prize Wheel a spin to win Nintendo-themed t-shirts, candy, photo frames, and possibly even “a mystery prize or two.”

Part of the tour schedule is already set, but for the first time, fans can get in on the action and help determine where it will go for the later legs of their journey. Over the course of the tour, Nintendo of Canada will be posting polls to their Facebook page (“Like” it to participate) to accept votes on where the trailer goes next, and “the cities with the most votes received before the deadline will receive a visit from the Nintendo tour.”

Following are the current tour schedule listings, so if you don’t see a stop near where you are, be sure to “Like” Nintendo of Canada’s Facebook page and vote so you can take part in the action!
