Join Canada’s Largest Pokémon Gathering!

Nintendo of Canada has announced that they will be hosting Canada’s Largest Pokémon Gathering at the Harbourfront Centre in Toronto to celebrate the worldwide launch of Pokémon X and Pokémon Y, and you’re invited!

1374204_216201241837570_70145886_nBetween 3pm and 9pm on Friday, October 11th at the Harbourfront Centre’s WestJet Stage, found at 235 Queens Quay West in Toronto, Ontario (click here for a map), you can drop in to play the new Pokémon games on Nintendo 3DS and meet other fans, so bring your favorite Pokémon game for trading, battling, or even catching up on your StreetPasses! The global launch of Pokémon X and Pokémon Y takes place at 6pm, so make sure you get there in time– you won’t want to miss it!

Plus, while supplies last, you’ll be able to score some exclusive Pokémon items. Come dressed as a Pokémon or Trainer, and you might even be lucky enough to receive a Poké Ball Game Case (also while supplies last, of course). And fans may even walk away with an item to commemorate the event.
