Nintendo Dropping the Price on Three Nintendo 3DS Mario Titles (Update)
Mario Madness!
Nintendo of Canada has issued a press release regarding a price cut on three of its Mario-branded titles for the Nintendo 3DS platform.
Beginning April 22nd, Mario Kart 7, Super Mario 3D Land, and New Super Mario Bros. 2 will each be available for $34.99. Better still, this new price point applies whether you’re looking for a physical copy at retail or simply wish to download it from the Nintendo eShop.
In order, Mario Kart 7, Super Mario 3D Land, and New Super Mario Bros. 2 represent the top three best-selling Nintendo 3DS games of all time in Canada. All three of the newly discounted games star classic Nintendo characters and franchises, and their strong sales over time demonstrate the longevity of Nintendo’s games. The games make great gifts, engaging entertainment for families and other spring break travellers, or just a way to introduce kids to the fun of video games.
