The Nintendo Download – 12/11/2014

Phoenix Wright, Crash ‘n The Boys, Harvest Moon, and Transformers!

“Hold It!” This edition of The Nintendo Download features a bunch of new releases and deals, with a few gems worth checking out.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy for Nintendo 3DS – You kids have no idea how lucky you have it! Why, back in my day (2005), we had to buy each of the excellent original Ace Attorney trilogy games separately! And wait months between releases! Both ways uphill in the snow to get the game card, because we didn’t have digital downloads! But now you can get all three together at once for just $29.99 from the comfort of your home! And you can even check out the trailer here before making a purchase!

Xeodrifter for Nintendo 3DS – Mystery and adventure await as you shoot stuff to find stuff and get stuff. Check out the trailer here.

Harvest Moon 3 GBC for Nintendo 3DS – Your ability for restoring old farms has become renowned, and now a friend wants you to restore their remote island farm. Tend to crops, care for animals, go fishing, and you might even find a companion to join you in your new life.

Hazumi for Nintendo 3DS – 100 different puzzles (more if you use the level editor) require you to control a colored ball to shatter crystals. However, they only break if the colors match!

I Love My Little Boy – Full and Demo Versions for Nintendo 3DS – Select the male infant of your choice and raise him like your own by preparing meals, dressing him in different outfits, bathing him, playing with him, going for walks together, and so on.

I Love My Little Girl – Full and Demo Versions for Nintendo 3DS – And because capitalism demands the separation of genders in titles such as this, here is the female version.

I Love My Horse – Demo Version for Nintendo 3DS – An 18-chapter story has you care for your horse with 17 different activities and win competitions to become a champion.

Moshi Monsters Katsuma Unleashed for Nintendo 3DS – Dr. Strangeglove has taken your friends hostage, so you have to go through six worlds of hidden levels and secrets in order to get them back! Once you do, new abilities will be yours to command.

Moshi Monsters: Moshling Theme Park for Nintendo 3DS – Like above, some 60 Moshlings have gone missing, and you’ll have to best the theme park’s mini games in order to free them.

My First Songs 2 for Nintendo 3DS – Sing along with 14 popular children’s tunes and animals.

Transformers: Dark of the Moon Stealth Force Edition for Nintendo 3DS – Just imagine: What if you could play an entire Transformers game in vehicle mode? Well, you don’t have to imagine any more, because it’s here with this prequel to the movie of the same name. As one might expect, stripping the Transformers of their namesake gimmick didn’t exactly go over so well.

Talking Phrasebook – 7 Languages for Nintendo 3DS – Traveling to a foreign land with an unfamiliar language? This program may be able to help by providing 780 expressions written and spoken in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, and Dutch.
