The Nintendo Download – 7/16/2015

The ‘Moment of Silence’ edition.

Notice: I’m going to be out of town for Otakon next week, so there will be no “Nintendo Download” report for July 23rd. My apologies in advance.

It seems that due to the recent passing of Nintendo Co. Ltd. President and Chief Executive Officer Satoru Iwata, Nintendo is not issuing a press release regarding the new titles and deals available today — or for anything else, for that matter. As such, the following information comes from Nintendo Life, and is admittedly a bit more bare-bones than usual.

Tiny Galaxy for Wii U – Six worlds full of 60 challenges await Orion as he sets out in search of… his headphones? Gravity changes and the screen rotates depending on how you move, testing your reflexes.

Blaster Master for Wii U – When Jason chases his pet frog Fred down a hole, he has no idea what lies in store for him. A whole new world spreads out before him as he suits up and takes control of the advanced, armored, and most of all adaptable vehicle with the codename SOPHIA. Through tunnels and caverns, Jason fights the mutant hordes of the Plutonium Boss who seek to destroy the Earth in this Nintendo Entertainment System classic.

I am an Air Traffic Controller Airport Hero Narita for Nintendo 3DS – The Tokyo-Narita Airport in Japan is under your control as you keep your eyes on the skies and the ground as you make sure landed flights are taxied to where they need to be. 20 stages await, and the controls are a matter of selecting the direction details when they’re displayed.

I Love My Dogs for Nintendo 3DS – Take in abandoned breeds of Dalmatians, Huskies, Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds, Australian Kelpies, Beagles, Border Collies, and Brittany Spaniels. Play with them and train them in 21 activities, use accessories to change their appearance, and enter them in competitions.

In addition, should you be in possession of a U.S. Nintendo eShop account somehow, the G.G. Series titles VECTOR and SCORE ATTACKER are also available for Nintendo DSiWare.

I’m surprised you said “apologies in advance” rather than “please understand.”
