The Nintendo Download – 12/31/2015

Ring in the New Year by hitting the old slopes.

Only two releases this week — will next week yield three? Check back and see! But for now…

WiiU_VC_1080Snowboarding_03

1080º Snowboarding for Wii U – This Nintendo 64 classic stakes a claim as one of the first realistic snowboarding games ever created. Take to the snowy mountains with one of five characters, each boasting their own unique attributes and tricks.

WiiU_MollyMaggot_03

Molly Maggot for Wii U – Wow… really? Okay then: this single-player action adventure game is rated M for Mature and your goal is to eat decay while fending off other decay eaters and even the very body you’re trying to eat as it fights back. Chow down on the anatomy-based map of the Story Mode, or go into the extra mode and keep an eye out for randomly-appearing exits. If either mode isn’t tough enough for you, there are hard and extreme modes, too.
